Available for wellness programs consultancy to help your organization reach your goals. By incorporating knowledge from 14+ years of yoga practice, study and teaching - including at the Masters degree level, JP will leverage applied knowledge of yoga for your organization.
Central to his approach is the idea that holistic wellness incorporates body, mind, emotions and spirit and that individual wellness and systemic wellness are linked together.
As a consultant, JPG will act as your guide to the various tools of yoga: from physical activity, to meditation, mindset coaching, relaxation techniques, daily habits and more.
