Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation that is easy for anyone to do. Simply set up a space on your yoga mat, bed, couch or floor and make yourself comfortable. Place a cushion under your knees and a small pillow under your head is recommended for comfort as well as a blanket to cover you. You may also opt to cover your eyes. Alternatively, you may take a traditional seated meditation posture.
You'll be guided through a series of breath and awareness practices. Just remember to stay alert and follow the sound of my voice as you are guided into this meditative mind space using very little effort.
