Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation that can be done laying down. Simply set up a space on your yoga mat, bed, couch or floor and make yourself comfortable. Place a cushion under your knees and a small pillow under your head. For extra comfort, you may also opt to cover your eyes and cover the body with a blanket.

Alternatively, you may take a traditional seated meditation posture.
