My Hatha Yoga classes are moderately paced, but we start out slow to give you time to tune into your breath and sense what is going on inside you.
Here's a sample of a Hatha Yoga class with me. I enjoy having people of all body types and abilities come to class. More important than the physical poses is that you have the space to explore and learn about yourself on many levels.
