About the Event

The morning is the prime time for many to build their meditation practice. Starting while the mind is fresh and before the tasks of your day have taken your attention is super helpful to access our innately peaceful minds.  I also find it to be a great time of day to get in touch with your creative mind. And, of course, practicing together is a great way to build accountability and feel the benefits of community.

We'll start with easy stretches and body awareness practices that are accessible to most bodies, finishing with a seated or lying-down meditation. 

Please RSVP and you will be sent the Zoom link in a confirmation email. 

Pricing: $8 to $15 per session. Payment options for Venmo or Cash App will be sent in your confirmation email. If you'd like other payment options, please let me know!

Pricing has been made flexible in order to help make practice accessible to different income levels. If you have been having financial difficulties and are unable to contribute payments, but would like to practice, then please just send me an email about your current situation at jpgyoga@gmail.com.
