About the Event

The morning is the prime time for many to build their meditation practice. Starting while the mind is fresh and before the tasks of your day have taken your attention is super helpful to access our innately peaceful minds.  I also find it to be a great time of day to get in touch with your creative mind. And of course practicing together is a great way to build accountability and community. 

We'll sit for up to ~20-25 minutes with the option to hang out and chat or log off right after and start your day. While it's preferred that we start and end together, if you need to arrive late or leave early, no worries. The intention is to create a space where you can take your meditation practice to the next level in sangha (community). Meditations will be held on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. On Wednesdays, please consider joining the  longstanding Midday Meditation and Movement sessions @ Noon.
