About the Event
The morning is the prime time for many to build their meditation practice. Starting while the mind is fresh and before the tasks of your day have gotten the best of you is super helpful. I also find it to be a great time of day to get in touch with your creative mind. And of course practicing together is a great way to build accountability and community.
We'll meditate for up to ~20-25 minutes with the option to hang on and chat or log off and start your day. While it's ideal if you can attend for the whole session, for these morning meditations please feel free to come and go as you need.
Morning Meditations will be held on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. On Wednesdays, please consider joining the longstanding Middday Meditation and Movement sessions.
