Mindful Yoga Break (Wed/Zoom)

About the Event
Mash-up your day with this yoga break consisting of yoga postures and a brief meditation. The movement is taught at a slow to moderate pace to allow you to stay tuned into the experience of movement and breath. After movement, we'll finish with a short seated or lying down meditation.
Recommended props: yoga mat, blocks, strap and a cushion for sitting.

Pricing: $10 to $25 per session. Payment options for Venmo or Cash App will be sent in your confirmation email. If you'd like other payment options, please let me know!
