About the Event

Traditional hatha yoga poses are taught in a way that emphasizes awareness, ease and breath to de-stress and condition ourselves for more subltle practices such as yoga nidra.  The latter portion of class will be dedicated to a guided sleep-based meditation called yoga nidra, which allows you to fully integrate mind, body and spirit.

All body types and levels are welcome and I'll do my best to provide modifications or alternatives. Please let me know if you have anything specific that I should know about. Because we're working in a setting where I can't see you, some experience with yoga and lack of current injuries is requested.  To support your practice, props such as block, blankets, a strap and a bolster can come in handy.
