About the Event
As many of us have a holiday on this day, I wanted to offer an opportunity to truly use this day of rest to soak in yin energy - stillness, quietness and reflectiveness. We've all had a crazy year and as we enter this time of the year for contemplation and slowing down, I want offer a space to support that. Join me for this 2.5 hour yin-yoga practice which will be infused with awareness, kindness and ease.
For setup, create a space of solitude and quietude for yourself. Bring any yoga props you may have: bolsters, blocks, blankets, sandbags, straps and eye bags. Some alternatives are: couch cushions, towels, foam rollers. Adjustments will be offered for all kinds of bodies and for those without props.
